Klipfolio Adds Invest Ottawa Veteran Jonathan Milne as Head of Community and Strategic Partnerships

OTTAWA, ON--(Marketwired - May 30, 2017) - Klipfolio, a provider of cloud business dashboards, today announced the latest member of the Klipfolio senior team. Former Invest Ottawa executive Jonathan Milne has joined Klipfolio as head of community and strategic partnerships, where he will lead the company's higher education initiatives, startup partnerships, strategic programs and community building efforts.

Milne's first area of focus is the expansion of Klipfolio's higher education offerings. Building on the Klipfolio for Education program, which gives educators free access to Klipfolio as part of a verifiable course curriculum, Milne will develop programs to help educators effectively teach KPIs and performance monitoring to students in business and analytics programs across the globe.

Milne joins Klipfolio from Invest Ottawa, where he served as managing director of Innovation, interim CEO and vice president of marketing and communications. Previously, he cofounded startup WhenAppsFly, and held leadership roles at IBM and Irdeto. Milne is an accelerator advisory board member for SXSW and was named one of Ottawa Business Journal's "40 Under 40" in 2016. He holds his MBA and bachelor of commerce in information technology and marketing from Carleton University.
