Klondike Star to Release Assay Results

SEATTLE--(CCNMatthews - Sep 28, 2005) -

Donald W. Flinn, Vice President, Operations is pleased to report that Klondike Star Mineral Corporation is preparing to systematically report on the assay results from its extensive 2005 summer exploration programs on its majority owned mineral claims in the Klondike Mining District.

The first of the assay results from the 2005 diamond drilling and bulk sampling programs are scheduled for release in four weeks. Thereafter, further results will be available on a step-by-step basis over the following four months. The company is working diligently and expeditiously to make the full results and analysis of its summer exploration program available.

During its 2005 summer exploration program the company completed diamond drilling of 4,830 meters (15,848 feet) in 32 holes. The primary targets have been the areas to the northwest and east of the Lone Star Mine, as well as the original site of Lone Star Mine itself. To date, a total of 3,843 split core samples have been sent for ICP and metallic fire assay analysis from diamond drilling and trenching activities.
