KMG America Selects InSystems Software Suite for Speed-to-Market

Integrated Document and Compliance Solution Streamlines Product Development Through Issuance

MARKHAM, ON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 24, 2005 -- KMG America, and its wholly owned subsidiary, Kanawha Insurance Company, a rapidly growing employee benefits provider, has licensed InSystem's suite of products, including Calligo Doc Services and InSystems Tracker, to streamline document assembly and regulatory filings.

Products from InSystems, the specialist in complex document and compliance automation for insurance and financial services, will help the company speed new products to market faster.
