Knightscove Media Corp.'s KNIGHT-TV Announces New Partnership With Los Angeles-Based KCET

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 17, 2010) - Knightscove Media Corp. (TSX VENTURE:KC.A)(TSX VENTURE:KC.B) ("Knightscove") is pleased to announce that its television arm, KNIGHT-TV has commenced its relationship with KCET, the largest independent public television station in the United States as of January 1, 2011, in its role as a program supplier.

Boasting a 40-year history, 3.6 million viewers watch KCET in the average month. KCET broadcasts more than 8,000 hours of programming each year throughout Southern and Central California. KCET is the second most-watched public television station in the United States and has the largest geographic reach of any public television station in California.

KNIGHT-TV's initial plan is to provide a three-hour block of programming to KCET. The first programming agreement has been signed, with KNIGHT-TV providing the family friendly My Hometown (starring "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" star Jay Baruchel) as the first program scheduled for the block.

The Company's objective has been to penetrate the U.S. television market; expanding its current number of households. Through its partnerships with the COX and DISH cable providers, KNIGHT-TV is currently distributing to approximately 10 million households in the US. The partnership with KCET will increase the number of U.S. households to approximately 16.2 million.
