Knightscove's VOD Network KnightTV Signs New Libraries, Increasing Content From 40 to in Excess of 400 Programs

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 17, 2010) - KNIGHTSCOVE MEDIA CORP (TSX VENTURE:KC.A)(TSX VENTURE:KC.B) ("Knightscove") is pleased to announce that its VOD network division, KnightTV has inked multi-year distribution deals with two more Canadian production companies: West Vancouver producers Lois & Herb Walker and Toronto based Microtainment. When Knightscove purchased KiDMAZiNG it required 40 half hours of programming. Under Dale Taylor's direction, the company has increased its programming content to approximately 430 programs, which are primarily series. Since the acquisition of KiDMAZiNG, management has been focused on acquiring quality content of both "retro" and newer programming to drive increased viewership and to expand carriage of the KiDMAZiNG network through the US and Canadian cable networks. To date, KiDMAZiNG is carried through the cable networks COX, CHARTER, AT&T, SHAW and US satellite service DISH to approximately 9.5 million households which the company is actively working to expand to a minimum of 20 million households.

From the Lois Walker Library, KnightTV will be offering an additional 230 half-hour episodes of edutainment. "Tell-A-Tale-Town" is an educational series designed to encourage young children to join in the fun, pleasure and excitement of storytelling. The series features colorful theme-related artwork, lively music and interactive elements. "Surf's Up! Let's Cook!" is a series designed to stimulate young chefs while developing their appetites for critical thinking, weights and measures as well as fun, easy recipes. "Hands Up! Hands On!" is a rich and inspired series that is certain to engage young viewers. The Walkers have dedicated their lives to the mediums of television and theatre. From Microtainment's library comes the puppet series "Bizou", produced in Montreal. It is content that will be adored by kids of all ages for its colorful characters and their zany antics. The 65 part series will further diversify Kidmazing's lineup of kids fare.
