KOCH Entertainment Becomes Newest Customer for Musicrypt

Canada's Largest Independent Chooses DMDS for Digital Distribution

TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 18, 2005 -- Musicrypt Inc. (TSX-V: MCT) (OTC BB: MCYPF), the industry's leading digital music distribution company, today announced that it has reached an agreement with Canada's largest independent distributor. KOCH Entertainment will exclusively use Musicrypt's Digital Media Distribution System (DMDS) to securely deliver music to radio and other destinations.

"The move to DMDS became obvious to us when radio began requesting that our new releases be delivered digitally," said Eric Alper, Director National Promotion, KOCH Entertainment. "With all of the major labels delivering their music to radio through DMDS, we had to as well remain competitive, and this system is the best we've seen."

DMDS has now delivered over 1,100 tracks to over 450,000 destinations, clearly making it the dominant, secure digital delivery system in North America. Musicrypt has worked closely with its customers to develop user-friendly technology that securely delivers broadcast quality music to its recipients. Hit songs by virtually every major superstar artist have been sent to radio via DMDS. The list includes: U2, Usher, Michael Bublé, Norah Jones, Shania Twain, Britney Spears, 3 Doors Down, Avril Lavigne, Alicia Keys, Nickelback, Christina Aguilera, Evanescence, Green Day, Gwen Stefani, Hoobastank, Jet, Foo Fighters, K-OS, Maroon 5, Robbie Williams, Sarah McLachlan, R.
