Konica Minolta Launches OnBase® Connectors for bizhub MFPs

New Connectors Streamline and Speed Integrated Scanning Solution

RAMSEY, NJ--(Marketwired - June 25, 2013) -  Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta) today announces the availability of the bizhub MarketPlace® Connect to OnBase App and Dispatcher® Phoenix OnBase Connector for Konica Minolta's award-winning line of bizhub office and production equipment. Designed to speed the scanning, indexing, and storing process, the new connectors simplify and improve overall workflow efficiency for Konica Minolta and Hyland customers.

In early 2013, Konica Minolta announced a strategic partnership with Hyland Software, Inc. (Hyland) to integrate Hyland's OnBase enterprise content management (ECM) software with Konica Minolta's bizhub product line. The partnership was designed to maximize organizational productivity and efficiency, and deliver better customer service to Konica Minolta customers. Now, with Konica Minolta's OnBase Connectors, scanning information directly into OnBase is faster and easier. To best suit user needs, Konica Minolta has developed two different connectors to OnBase -- one that is offered as part of the automated workflow software application, Dispatcher Phoenix, and the other that is offered via Konica Minolta's bizhub MarketPlace.
