The offer and withdrawal rights expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Monday, March 5, 2012.

No more than a total of 1,082,292 properly tendered shares will be accepted for payment at a price per share equal to 98% of the Fund's net asset value per share as of the close of regular trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 6, 2012. The final number of shares validly tendered and accepted pursuant to the tender offer will be announced at a later date.
