Kozlov Joins Parsons' Infrastructure & Technology Group

PASADENA, CA--(Marketwire - October 19, 2010) -  Parsons announced today that Brigadier General Alexander Kozlov, US Army Reserve (USAR), joined its Infrastructure & Technology group as Vice President. In this role, Mr. Kozlov will support Parsons' projects in the Pacific Rim.

Mr. Kozlov is a management leader with more than 30 years of commercial and government construction experience as a professional mechanical engineer and project manager on mechanical, environmental, and civil projects, including millions of square feet of office and high-tech design-build projects. He has extensive international experience leading projects in the Middle East, Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Pacific Rim. His leadership roles include management of two design-build engineering and construction firms, Deputy Commanding General of the US Army Pacific, and Commanding General of the 3,600-strong USAR of the Pacific, the most geographically diverse formation in the USAR. He also served as the Commander of the US Army Facility Engineer Group, responsible for the initial master planning of joint installations in Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Camp Victory in Baghdad, the Horn of Africa, Kosovo, Bosnia, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, and others.

Mr. Kozlov holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from California State Polytechnic Institute, San Luis Obispo, as well as a master's degree in strategic studies from the US Army War College. He is based in Guam.
