Krames StayWell CEO George Parker to Retire; Trent Sterling Named as Successor

YARDLEY, PA--(Marketwired - May 13, 2013) - Krames StayWell (KSW), the nation's leading health care communications and patient engagement company, announced today that Chief Executive Officer, George Parker, will retire effective June 30, 2013. Mr. Parker will remain a member of the KSW Board of Directors. Trent Sterling was named as his successor by Bill Goldberg, Chief Executive Officer of parent company, MediMedia, and the KSW Board of Directors.

Mr. Sterling originally joined MediMedia in 2001 through its acquisition of DoHealth, a pioneer e-health company he co-founded in 1996. Prior to DoHealth, he worked in Arthur Andersen's Healthcare Consulting Practice, Brim Healthcare, and Medicode/Ingenix. He holds masters' degrees in both health care administration and business administration from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Utah.
