PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwired - Jan 26, 2015) - Day & Zimmermann (D&Z), the century-old, family-owned provider of construction and engineering, staffing and defense solutions for leading corporations and governments around the world, announced today that Kris Cravey has been appointed Vice President of Professional & Technical Services (PTS) for the company's ECM business unit. In his new role, Cravey will be responsible for the strategy and growth of the PTS business. Cravey returns to ECM after a year-long assignment as a member of D&Z's BEST initiative.

Since joining ECM in 2001, Cravey has held various roles with increasing levels of responsibility. Prior to his new role, Cravey served as Vice President of Business Services responsible for ECM's Safety, Employee Concerns, Continuous Improvement, and Training and Development programs. In his recently completed year-long assignment as a member of D&Z's BEST initiative, Cravey worked with the rest of the BEST team to improve the customer experience by optimizing operational support for D&Z's commercial businesses, ECM, Yoh and other related corporate functions. Cravey has an MBA and a PhD in Organizational Leadership.
