Krista Williams Joins Seven Step RPO as Strategic Director

New Strategic Director Brings Diverse Industry Expertise to Drive Greater Innovation and Client Success

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwired - Sep 12, 2013) - Seven Step RPO, a leading provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services, today announced that Krista Williams has joined the company as a Strategic Director. In this role, Williams will oversee client delivery teams to ensure that service objectives are met and will also work with clients to foster innovation in their efforts to attract and attain the best possible talent.

A 16-year recruiting industry veteran, Williams brings diverse expertise to Seven Step in the following: Recruiting program design and implementation; vendor management; Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) development; compliance process and policy development and implementation; stakeholder management; EEO and Affirmative Action program administration and reporting; metrics development; and team management. Williams' experience has spanned diverse industries including healthcare, retail, banking, energy services, travel/hospitality and agency recruitment. She most recently worked as the Senior Business Relationship Manager of Talent Acquisition at CVS Caremark. Prior to that, Williams was the Corporate HR Manager and Corporate Recruiter for apparel retailer J. Jill, where she was promoted several times over her seven-year tenure. Williams is currently serving a second term as Chair of the Framingham State University Merchandising and Retailing Advisory Board, where she has been a member since 2007. She has also served as a Society of Human Resources (SHRM) Legislative Action Committee Member, has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and is a member of the National Organization of Professional Women.
