Kryon Systems Listed as a Sample Vendor for RPA in Gartner 2016 Hype Cycle

FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ--(Marketwired - July 25, 2016) - Kryon Systems announced today they are recognized as a sample vendor for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in the recent Gartner Hype Cycle for Communications Service Provider Digital Service Enablement, 20161.

The Gartner Hype Cycle for Communications Service Provider Digital Service Enablement identifies capabilities that communications service providers need to adopt to implement successful digital service initiatives1. Amongst other new technologies, RPA is mentioned as a technology that can have a "dramatic impact on replacing humans in tasks that are rule-based and repetitive rekeying or data collation tasks" and has the potential to significantly impact organizations that are labor-intensive such as consulting, business process outsourcing (BPO) and shared services.

In July's Hype Cycle for Communications Service Provider Digital Service Enablement, RPA has reached the "Peak," and Gartner has labeled the technology as having less than two years to mainstream adoption. "We believe this certainly validates the importance and value that organizations can realize by implementing a robotic process automation solution and feel this affirms Kryon Systems' dedication to innovation and delivering a competitive edge," says Rosenbach. "Kryon Systems' inclusion on the short list of Gartner's sample vendors validates our strategic direction to provide intelligent robotic process automation solutions to industry verticals," continues Rosenbach.

According to the report, "RPA allows organizations to look at new ways to automate work to deliver business outcomes." Gartner identifies specific benefits that can be realized from robotic process automation, including the following:

- RPA tools do not make keying errors.

- Automated work is time-stamped, trackable and auditable.

- RPA software costs less than employees for comparable workloads.

- Automation potentially reduces the need for multilingual capabilities.

- RPA tools can be deigned to operate 24/7.

- RPA can address the problematic issue of staff attrition.

- RPA can help mitigate the impact of wage inflation seen in most offshore locations1.

Gartner rates RPA benefits as 'high' and the market maturity as 'adolescent.'

"We are witnessing very strong traction in the market for industry-specific, business processing automation solutions that meet the increasing needs of our customers," affirms Rosenbach. "With increased costs and complexity, companies are looking for ways to improve employee productivity more effectively by shifting them away from repetitive and labor-intensive tasks. By using Leo RPA, clients can easily offload their rule based, mundane, repetitive processes to a robotic workforce-ensuring efficient and accurate completion of business processes."
