KUBRA and Snohomish County PUD Sign a New 5 Year Contract


MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 5, 2011) - KUBRA, a customer interaction management solution provider, today announced that Snohomish County PUD has executed a new 5 year contract for e-billing and e-payment services. Snohomish County PUD is the second largest publicly owned utility in Washington. They serve approx. 320,000 electric customers and 20,000 water customers. Their service territory covers over 2,200 square miles, including all of Snohomish County and Camano Island.

With the new contract Snohomish County PUD will continue to leverage our flagship E-billing and Self-Service platform, the i-doxs™ Suite, along with some additional modules to support secure email delivery, mobile e-billing, and additional e-document consolidator networks.

Snohomish County PUD and KUBRA started their e-billing partnership in 2007 and have built an impressive paper-less billing rate via a comprehensive multi-channel e-billing solution that includes Biller-Direct, E-bill Consolidator, and one-time payments. Snohomish County PUD is looking to significantly increase e-bill adoption rates by leveraging our industry leading Mobile E-billing solution and expanding the e-bill consolidator channel network along with virtual mailbox consolidator opportunities.
