KUBRA Announces Outsourcing Contract with City of Phoenix

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 12, 2012) - KUBRA, a customer interaction management solution provider, today announced it has signed an agreement with the City of Phoenix Water Services Department to provide outsourced billing services. Phoenix Water Services provides water and wastewater services to 1.5 million customers in the nation's sixth largest city.

When the City of Phoenix released their RFP, they were looking for one vendor that could manage all aspects of their online and offline billing and payment processes. Key requirements included a comprehensive e-billing platform that was deeply integrated with their composition engine and print environment and experience with their CIS application and proven capabilities as it pertains to complex implementation projects. The City of Phoenix will implement in phases the following products and modules:

  • KUBRABCS™ - Our comprehensive document composition, print and mailing solution will support all their offline bill and letter applications
  • i-doxs™ Platform - They will leverage this module to support cloud based enterprise document archival for call center access to all documents rendered
  • i-doxs™ Suite Utility Edition B2C - They will replace their in-house solution with our multi-channel e-billing platform. Modules implemented include Biller-Direct, Secure Email Delivery and Payment, Consolidator networks, and our Mobile platform [text, Optimized Browser, Apps]
