Kure Technologies, Inc. Reports Third Quarter of Fiscal 2017 Results

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 19, 2017) - Kure Technologies, Inc. ("Kure" or the "Company") (NEX:KUR.H) today reported its financial results for the three months ended May 31, 2017.

Kure recorded a loss from operations of $110,000 or $0.001 per share, basic and diluted, for the three months ended May 31, 2017, compared to $73,000 or $0.001 per share, basic and diluted, for the third quarter of fiscal 2016.

As reflected in its financial statements and management's discussion and analysis, the Company is monitoring its working capital requirements and is confident of its ability to manage those requirements.
