CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - July 4, 2005) -

Labrador Technologies Inc. ("Labrador" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:LTX) announces that it has entered into an employment agreement with a new employee which provides that the salary of the employee shall be payable monthly by way of both cash and the issuance of common shares ("Shares") of the Corporation.

The employment agreement provides that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc., during the first six months of employment, the Share component of the employee's salary will be equal to $4,000 and thereafter for a subsequent period of six months, the Share component of the employee's salary will be equal to $10,000, based on the greater of: (i) $0.15 per Share; or (ii) the weighted average trading price of the Share for the preceding month. After the first year of employment, the Corporation will review the compensation payable, including the portion that may be paid by the issuance of Shares.
