Laguna Signs Exclusive Agreement to Distribute Swiss-Made CBD Skin Care Products

KELOWNA, BC--(Marketwired - Aug 9, 2016) -  Laguna Blends Inc. (CSE: LAG) (OTC: LAGBF) (FRANKFURT: LB6A.F) (the "Company" or "Laguna"), a network marketing company, has signed a distribution agreement with ISO International, LLC, a transaction under which Laguna has acquired the exclusive right to market, promote and distribute seven CBD skin care products of CannaCeuticals of California, USA ("Canna").

Canna is a Swiss heritage brand utilizing cosmeceutical-grade cannabidiol (CBD) for its line of revolutionary skincare products. In a recent study of Canna's CBD face serum, test subjects reported a 100% overall improvement to the appearance of skin within two weeks. Additionally, more than 80% of test subjects said they would purchase the Canna serum product if it was available for purchase.

With this previously announced agreement now finalized, Laguna will leverage its affiliate marketing network to sell Canna products in the USA and pending regulatory approval, Laguna will also market the products in Canada, Asia, Europe and Mexico.

Per the agreement, Laguna will pay a one-time license fee of $100,000 US. Additionally, during the first two years of the initial term, Laguna will place a minimum purchase order of $1.5 million US of product priced at wholesale.
