Land With Frontage on California's Sutter Creek to Be Auctioned

SUTTER CREEK, CA--(Marketwire - April 4, 2011) - Approximately 511 acres of scenic land in historic Amador County -- only minutes from Sutter Creek and Ione -- will be up for auction on Saturday, May 14, with Albert Burney Auction Company handling the sale.

The first parcel, approximately 132 acres, includes 2,600 feet of frontage on Sutter-Ione road. The second parcel is 380 acres with more than three-quarters of a mile of frontage on Sutter Creek and views of the nearby Diablo Mountain.
