By bringing together CareRadius, Landacorp's collaborative care and health management technology platform, and Varolii Interact's Member Engagement Solution, health plans will be able to easily reach more members through text, voice, email and smartphone push notifications to more efficiently use care manager resources and drive better health decisions to reduce costs.

For example, according to the New England Journal of Medicine, approximately half of the U.S. population does not adhere to medication instructions. This medication non-adherence leads to poor health outcomes for patients, more hospitalizations and up to $290 billion additional medical costs per year. With automated medication reminders, healthcare providers can help improve a patient's health and avoid unnecessary medical spend.
