LANE Strengthens Core Capabilities With New Digital Hire, IR Certification

The agency added Kristi Rifenbark to its digital marketing team and senior account executive Ted Lane earned a certificate in investor relations from NYU.

The addition of Rifenbark provides LANE with greater capacity to meet the growing demand for strategies that optimize opportunities within digital channels. As a digital strategist with the agency, Rifenbark integrates digital solutions with traditional public relations. Her expertise spans social media, content development, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, Web analytics, online and social media advertising, content management systems, and a variety of industry tools and technologies. She will be working with national clients in the technology, hospitality, financial services, food and beverage, and consumer goods sectors.

Prior to joining LANE, Rifenbark served as a digital marketing strategist at Gravitate Design Studio. She is a member of the board of Modified Style Portland, a fashion show fundraiser for several local nonprofits. Rifenbark holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in communication from Southern New Hampshire University.

Lane Deepens Investor Relations Capabilities
Lane, a senior account executive, adds a certificate in investor relations from NYU alongside his financial expertise and deep-rooted public relations knowledge. The certificate is the culmination of intense coursework in a multidisciplinary field that draws from finance, law, marketing and communications. Developed with the New York Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute, NYU's certificate program offers investor relations professionals with an opportunity to hone their skills to meet the complex needs of clients.

Lane is involved in investor and public relations campaigns for a variety of public and private companies in the financial services, consumer and technology sectors, including Charles & Colvard, Key Technology, Network Redux, Porter & Chester Institute, Thoma Bravo LLC and D.A. Davidson. Prior to joining the agency, he spent three years on Wall Street working in the financial services industry. Lane earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and in Italian from Connecticut College.
