LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Aug 5, 2014) - The Las Vegas office of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce today announced that David Livingston has joined the company as Research Specialist.
In this role, Livingston will perform primary research for buildings that are built, under construction, proposed or under renovation. He will also track leases and sales, tenant movements, direct and sublet space and so on. This research will culminate in quarterly reports that are provided internally to brokers and externally to the media, investors and business leaders.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce, Livingston was a Realtor and residential property manager for Homestead Realty in Las Vegas. He graduated from University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Livingston is licensed by the Nevada state real estate division as a salesperson and property manager.
