LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - Mar 7, 2013) - The much anticipated Vegas Party Train, also known as the X Train, needs a team of approximately 100 employees to begin planned operations at the end of this year. The company, the Las Vegas Railway Express, Inc. (OTCQB: XTRN), announces today the hiring of Human Resources Director Vicki DiBernardo, SPHR to head up the task of hiring, training and preparing the new employees for these jobs.
The Vegas X Train is currently scheduled to begin service in the first quarter of 2014. The task of fulfilling the staffing needs of such a large project will be the responsibility of Ms. DiBernardo whose experience includes: Director of Human Resources - GWF Power Systems, VP of Human Resources and Administration - Xyience, VP of Human Resources and Administration - Shearson Home Loans as well as a number of high tech companies in California. She has been responsible for: building and leading the human resource function in a number of companies while providing leadership in strategic planning, staffing, performance management programs, establishing compensation and benefit programs, organizational development programs, along with creating an environment where quality is top priority. This experience fits nicely with The Vegas X Train business plans to successfully source, select, train, and retain the right individuals to meet the high standards of the company.
