Las Vegas Television Network and KVTE Vegas 35 Accept Apology From Robin Leach

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 11, 2006 -- Las Vegas Television Network (LVTN) and its affiliate KVTE Vegas 35 television announced this morning that litigation with television celebrity Robin Leach has been dismissed. Last year Leach filed suit against LVTN and its principle Nathan Drage. Claims of fraud and misrepresentation were subsequently thrown out by Judge Glass. Their differences have been resolved and Mr. Leach has released the following apology:

"On March 24, 2005, my legal counsel filed, on my behalf, a lawsuit against Nathan Drage, Las Vegas Television Network, Inc. and Mountain Ridge Holdings, Inc. d/b/a/ Vegas 35 concerning a business venture between myself and Nathan Drage for the Las Vegas Television Network. Included in this lawsuit were allegations of fraud against Mr. Drage. This was a mistake. There was no basis for claiming fraud against Mr. Drage. No such claim should have been asserted and only was as a result of miscommunication with my legal counsel. I and Mr. Drage have settled our dispute to the satisfaction of all involved and I sincerely regret and apologize for any problems encountered by Mr. Drage as a result of the erroneous allegations of fraud."

LVTN President Nathan Drage stated Monday morning, "I am pleased the matter is resolved between us. The miscommunication Mr. Leach referred to also resulted in local media incorrectly stating Shenandoah Merrick's promotion to Executive Vice President was pivotal in Robin's departure. The fact is she had been in that position prior to Robin's involvement with LVTN and local station KVTE Vegas 35. This press release also corrects those false media reports. The matter is now closed. With his trademark enthusiasm, Robin Leach remains an active ambassador of the Entertainment Capital of the World. I, along with everyone at the Las Vegas Television Network and Vegas 35, sincerely wish Robin every success, not to mention, "champagne wishes and caviar dreams."
