Laser Research CO2 Optics Designed for Etching Monuments & Stone


PROVIDENCE, RI--(Marketwired - Jul 8, 2014) - Laser Research Optics has introduced a full line of drop-in, field replacement beam delivery CO2 optics featuring longer focal lengths for etching monuments and other stone products.

Laser Research CO2 Optics for Stone Cutting feature 4" to 7.5" focal lengths and are available in 0.75" to 1.5" dia. sizes that meet ISO-10110 specifications for optical elements. Longer focal lengths provide deeper cuts when etching stone and concrete and these OEM compatible drop-in replacements are in-stock for Amada®, Bystronic®, Cincinnati®, Coherent®, Epilog®, Kern®, Gravograph®, Synrad®, Trotec®, Trumpf®, Universal®, and similar lasers.

Supplied in plane-parallel configurations, Laser Research CO2 Optics for Stone Cutting include zero phase-, phase lock-, rear mirrors, output couplers, and phase retarders designed for 50 to multi-kilowatt lasers. Mirrors are made from mirror-grade single crystal silicon and have an enhanced silver coat for 99.6% minimum reflectance at 10.6 µm.
