LAT TV Extends Outreach to Latino Communities Online With Tendenci®-Powered Web Site

HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 22, 2006 -- LatinAmerica Broadcasting, Inc.™ (LAT TV), a newcomer to the Spanish language television market, has selected Tendenci ( to power its Web properties and maximize its efforts to connect with Latino communities online. LAT TV's Tendenci-driven Web sites, and, provide a free and easily accessible interactive platform for local issues, workshops and public service announcements to benefit the Hispanic community.

Tendenci is a feature-rich software application that powers Web sites. It is developed and marketed by Houston-based Schipul -- The Web Marketing Company (, a leading worldwide provider of Web marketing solutions.

LAT TV went on the air in May in Austin (KVAT-17), Dallas/Fort Worth (KJJM-34), Houston (KCVH-30), Phoenix (KVPA-42) and San Antonio (KISA-40). The company plans to expand the network into other Latino markets, growing to approximately 25 stations in the next two years, and as many as 50 by 2011.
