To facilitate easier file sharing and more efficient request resolution, the updated Optymyze Sales Studio Workflows capability supports attachment data type fields in requests and action forms, while the Messaging capability now features HTML email templates, to provide greater flexibility to tailor messages to specific business needs.
HTML email templates were also added to Optymyze Sales Objectives, part of the Optymyze Sales Performance component of the platform, along with advanced search by user attributes and custom conditions, different search levels across hierarchies and employee and company comment feeds. As a result of these enhancements, organizations gain greater transparency and collaboration across sales teams.
Richer Visualizations Empower Better Sales Engagement and Faster Decision Making
To enable customers to build rich Mobile-First apps that boost sales force engagement and data visualization regardless of the device used, Optymyze continues to invest in its App Component framework. Most recently, Optymyze developed additional app components and augmented existing capabilities with richer visualizations. This capability lowers the risk of implementing an adjustment that could have a negative impact on related sales processes and also the number of proposed adjustments, translating to higher work efficiency and the ability to address changing sales territory conditions quickly and accurately.
Improved Compensation Flow Diagram Helps Manage Complex Plans and Increase Sales Effectiveness
Color-coded and intuitive, a redesign of the Compensation Plans flow diagram helps identify areas that need action faster and makes plans easier to understand and communicate, even for non-technical users.
Compensation Plans now support multiple currencies, metric and component overrides, which provide compensation plan administrators with the flexibility to quickly adapt plans to unforeseen circumstances. Accepting more than two levels of metrics as inputs, the updates help plan administrators define more complex plans and stepped calculations. The added capability to set different compensation modifiers (such as cap, floor and accelerator) for a subset of credited data allows for better plan maintenance and accuracy.
Advanced Modeling Capabilities Enable Better Sales Planning
Optymyze continues to expand planning capabilities with Optymyze Modeling now supporting the use of dimensions and non-numeric data types in calculations. This allows business analysts to create more complex planning models that can be used to plan or forecast business-related metrics and activities such as revenue, workforce expense and profitability.
