NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Aug 26, 2012) - The Hispanic Professionals Networking Group (HPNG), in partnership with Ford Motor Company, is proud to announce the recipients of the first annual HPNG Latino Leaders Awards.
The HPNG Latino Leader Awards will be presented as part of the 3rd Annual HPNG Latino Leadership Conference to be held at KPMG in New York on August 27, 2012. The four honorees are individuals who provided industry-leading solutions within one of Ford's Four Pillars of Excellence.
The Four Pillars of Excellence that define the HPNG Latino Leaders Awards are Technology, Quality, Environment, and Safety. These Awards recognize outstanding individuals whose contributions in their field add much value to the business landscape.
The Award recipients for outstanding leadership and execution in their fields are:
Dr. Evelyn Rodriguez, Founding President & CEO, Rodriguez Health Consulting Services in the Safety category
Mr. Robert Martinez, Executive Director Support Services, New York Police Department in the Environment category
Mr. Leony Rosa, Systems Engineer, Northrop Grumman Information Systems in the Technology category
Mr. Jorge Montalvo, Special Assistant to the New York Secretary of State, New York Department of State in the Quality category.

The Awards will be presented at a reception immediately following the HPNG Latino Leadership Conference -- a multi-disciplinary forum dedicated to exploring effective leadership development tools for middle-management corporate Latinos.
