Lattice Completes Acquisition of InnoVisit

Seamless Technology Integration Strengthens ICON Platform; Expected to Drive Added Sales Growth

PENNSAUKEN, NJ--(Marketwired - Nov 18, 2013) -  Lattice Incorporated (OTCQB: LTTC) ("Lattice" or the "Company"), a provider of advanced information and communications technology solutions to customers globally, completes asset purchase of InnoVisit's video conferencing technology. InnoVisit is a leading provider of video conferencing technology to the corrections market.
