Lattice Subsidiary Selected to Participate in Naval Cyberspace Operations Contract

PENNSAUKEN, NJ--(Marketwire - February 24, 2011) - Lattice Incorporated (OTCBB: LTTC), a provider of advanced technological solutions to key government agencies and enterprise customers, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lattice Government Services, Inc., in partnership with Booz Allen Hamilton, has been selected to participate in a contract in support of the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center's Pacific Cyberspace Operations.

The five-year IDIQ contract will help examine the science, architecture, engineering, functionality, interface and interoperability of cyberspace operations systems, services and capabilities at tactical, operational and strategic levels.

Lattice CEO Paul Burgess said, "Many of the additional efforts that include software design and implementation as well as systems integration, test and evaluation and demonstration are core competencies that Lattice has continued to develop and has provided to our government customers over the years.
