Launch of BabyQuestions101.com, a Baby Website for Parents, by Parents

SANTA BARBARA, CA--(Marketwire - July 12, 2007) - Santa Barbara's BabyQuestions101.com is a new parenting website seeking to help moms and dads find answers to the questions which accompany the birth of a newborn, questions such as 'What are the benefits of reading to children?,' 'How can I safeguard against SIDS?,' or 'What can I do to help my child sleep through the night?' These questions and others like them are often looming in the minds of new parents. Ron and Janese Adair -- the founders of BabyQuestions101.com -- have developed the site with the mantra "For parents, by parents," and are posting articles written by actual parents who are eager to share their experiences with other moms and dads who are curious about the same topics.

BabyQuestions101.com's content is provided primarily by experienced parents, not just doctors who may (or may not) have children of their own. BabyQuestions101.com has a group of trusted parents who write regularly for the site. However, the site's team encourages members to contribute questions, feedback, even stories of their own for review and possible inclusion on the site. Parents can submit fun stories, child-care tips, infant and toddler product reviews, or articles on a broad range of topics such as teaching your child to sign, or getting your newborn on a regular sleep schedule.

In addition to accepting open submissions, the parenting site also provides a free message board system, and their Baby Name Meaning Finder which is geared toward helping parents easily search through baby names for their little one.

"Essentially, we're trying to build a community where parents can not only find information, but also share their experiences and knowledge with other parents," said Ron Adair Jr., CEO of BabyQuestions101.com. "At the same time, we are trying to ensure the highest integrity of the information and resources we provide. I feel we have the simplest and most user-friendly baby name meaning finder on the internet. We also have articles that connect with our readers because they come from real parents. Our aim is to make things simple for parents."

BabyQuestions101.com is created by parents, for parents, allowing them to pass what they've learned on to others.
