Launching of the AQT's Center for Growth

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Sept. 25, 2013) - The Quebec Technology Association (AQT) revealed yesterday its new Growth Center during its annual kick-off cocktail party. All the leaders working in the information and communication technologies (ITC) area now benefit from a large range of tools to help them improve their management practices and accelerate the growth of their company.

In order to offer better solutions to ICT companies, the AQT developed, with the financial support of the National Research Council Canada (NRCC), this new program based on knowledge sharing in order to guide the participants to success.

THE THREE WAYS TO ENTER THE CENTER FOR GROWTH

1 - Executive coaching for CEOs by CEOs is designed to help ICT entrepreneurs accelerate the growth of their company.

Up to 25 hours of coaching can be arranged through regular meetings with an experienced leader in the ICT sector. Meeting length, schedules, and frequency are determined with the coach at the beginning of the program. Our coaches are: Gilles Pépin, François Aird, Serge Beauchemin, Pierre Campeau, Luc Filiatreault, Martin Le Sauteur, Jean Champagne, Richard Brossoit and François Rainville.

2 - Reference center : Our reference center maintains a collection of resources covering the four main ICT management functions: strategy, marketing, financing, and human resources. The Centre gives your company's key decision makers access to a series of useful documents and tools, such as expert tips and tricks, statistical studies and reports, as well as a variety of sector-specific and general business items.

3 - Events : The AQT offers networking events specially designed for ITC leaders' needs. Thanks to those events, CEOs can expand their professional network and extend their knowledge in management. Moreover, private meetings with experts will be scheduled all year long.
