Laurence Capital Corp Adds Sales Professional

Ron Totton joins LCC as Vice President Attention: Business/Financial Editor, News Editor KITCHENER, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 10, 2005) - Laurence Capital Corp, a Waterloo-based merchant bank which provides capital and stewardship to entrepreneurial-led, growth companies announced today the appointment of Ron Totton as a Vice President of the firm.

Ron will expand LCC's talent base in the areas of sales and business development and will be involved in all facets of LCC's investment lifecycle with LCC's investee companies.

Initially Ron will advise LCC investee company, TSX Venture Exchange listed Automated Benefits Inc. (AUT.V) focusing on their Symbility mobile claims division. Laurence Capital Fund II LP purchased 1,000,000 units of Autoben on Nov 9, 2004. Each unit consists of one common share of Autoben and one share purchase warrant.

Symbility has developed an advanced, pen-based, wireless application focusing principally on residential and commercial property claims estimation and for use by field adjusters, independent adjusters and restoration contractors worldwide. The application is a unique combination of functionality and proprietary IP allowing customers to easily build loss repair estimates and process claims remotely while having access to volumes of claims data and communicating with other claims participants in real-time.

Ron has formerly held sales, sales management and general management positions in the US and Canada at DHL, i2 Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:ITWO.PK) and Descartes Systems Group Inc (DSG.TO, NASDAQ:DSGX).
