Senior Justice and Law Enforcement Representatives Participate in Public Forum

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 17, 2008) - Is the telebail system properly protecting British Columbians from dangerous offenders? How will Vancouver's streets be made safer and more civil?

On Saturday, April 19th at the Downtown Vancouver Public Library, members of the public will have the chance to ask these questions and more of senior justice and law enforcement representatives.

The public forum panelist are the Honourable Chief Justice Brenner of the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Honourable Chief Judge Stansfield of the Provincial Court of British Columbia, Deputy Chief Bob Rich of the VPD, Deputy Commissioner Gary Bass of the RCMP, Terry Schultes, QC, Regional Crown Counsel and Mark Benton, QC, Executive Director of the Legal Services society.
