Lawsuit Against TrueStar Discontinued

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - April 4, 2006) - TrueStar Petroleum Corporation (TSX VENTURE:TPC) is pleased to announce that the litigation filed by M. Carol Coale and Bryson Farrill against TrueStar has been discontinued. This litigation is case number S-054753 captioned as M. Carol Coale and Bryson Farrill ("Plaintiffs") vs TrueStar Petroleum Corporation ("Defendant"), filed on August 25, 2005 in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
