LBi Software Has Been Chosen to Host Two Sessions at the Oracle HCM User Group's (OHUG) 2010 Global Conference

WOODBURY, NY--(Marketwire - May 24, 2010) -  LBi Software has been chosen to host two sessions on employee self service and benefit enrollment at the OHUG 2010 Global Conference held at the Mirage Hotel, Las Vegas, NV on June 13-17, 2010:

  • Self Service Solutions Improve Productivity and Reduce Costs at 4:00 PM Tuesday, June 15, 2010. Attendees will learn how self service applications can increase the efficiencies and productivity of their HCM department. This session will demonstrate examples of self service applications such as time and attendance, HCM help desk, viewing paychecks, on-line benefit enrollment, and wealth modeling.
  • Making the Case for Online Benefits Enrollment at 9:00 AM Wednesday, June 16, 2010. The session addresses the importance of online benefits enrollment and features that can guide employees to best decisions and best fit solutions for their current needs. We will highlight features that provide plan analysis and cost projections which contribute to the decision support process and will demonstrate the ease of use of the online systems. Integration to the existing HCM solution provides access to plan information, handbooks and guides.
