Le William in Griffintown: Official Launch of Another of Quorum's Projects!

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 15, 2011) - Quorum officially launched Le William construction project, located in Griffintown, today in the presence of several partners and guests including Saint-Henri—Petite-Bourgogne—Pointe-Saint-Charles city councillor, Véronique Fournier, and the president of the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie du Sud-Ouest, Daniel Charbonneau.

Quorum is particularly proud to be the first property developer to locate in the western sector of Griffintown. $ 70 million will be invested in this project where 170 units will be built within walking distance of the Lachine Canal, Atwater Market and the downtown core.

"The Sadler Building is a jewel of our industrial past and a testament of our heritage, will undergo a unique development while ensuring the successful integration of new modern buildings. By participating in the creation of a new living environment that meets the precepts of sustainable development, Le William will offer a residential-commercial mix that will help diversify activities and preserve jobs in this sector of Griffintown," mentioned the Saint-Henri—Petite-Bourgogne—Pointe-Saint-Charles city councillor, Véronique Fournier.

"Quorum, a company renown for the quality of its projects and a sector that is going through an important renewal, it's a winning formula for Montreal South-West", added the president of the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie du Sud-Ouest, Daniel Charbonneau.

"We are very pleased to offer high-quality condos that were designed after consulting future buyers and citizens of Griffintown about their needs. Past and present come together in this project, rooted in the heart of a historic building whose cachet was preserved," said Peter Cosentini and Guy Laporte, owners of Quorum.

"It was important for us to develop a project that meets the needs of the majority. That's why Le William offers 3 1/2, 4 1/2 and 5 1/2 condos, as well as lofts, penthouses and even townhouses," confirmed Mark Cosentini, project manager for Quorum.

"To create a real living environment and because we attach great importance to sustainable development, we will include, among others, a courtyard full of plants as well as green walls, an effective and aesthetic solution that is too rarely used," added Maxime Laporte, head of real estate development at Quorum.

Units of buildings A and B will be delivered in the fall of 2012 and those of building C in the summer of 2013.

Le William is located at the corner of William and Des Seigneurs, where visitors will find a fully developed sales office. Quorum invites you to visit http://www.mygriffintown.com or to meet the project team onsite.
