AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Sep 9, 2014) - Oransi, the leading U.S. designer and manufacturer of air purifiers, today announced that they have been invited by the U.S. Embassy in China to present at the U.S.-China Air Purification Technology Forum to be held at the China International Exhibition Centre on September 17 in Beijing. The event is organized by the U.S. Embassy to facilitate discussion between American air purification experts and Chinese air purification organizations and companies interested in importing U.S. air purification products and technologies. Oransi CEO Peter Mann, a noted American air purification expert, represents one of six U.S.-based companies invited to present at the seminar. Mann will discuss how Oransi's proprietary technology and American-made air purifiers provide a complete solution for the severe air quality issues in China.

"The U.S. Embassy in China is pleased to be organizing the U.S.-China Air Purification Technology Forum where we can open up a dialogue between companies specializing in air purification technology, experts in air pollution, as well as Chinese associations and enterprises," said Jay Biggs, Commercial Officer, U.S. Embassy Beijing. "Air quality is an important aspect of quality of life, and we hope encourage a conversation between all participants at this forum that will help provide tangible solutions to the air quality concerns facing Chinese consumers."

The air pollution in China is particularly difficult to effectively clean with any one technology. The PM2.5 particulates have been widely reported on in the media, but there are also a number of gases which can be as equally dangerous, including formaldehyde, ozone, smog, combustion gases and sulfur.

Oransi's U.S.-made Erik Air Purifier line offers a complete solution for the challenging environment in China. The company has developed the best-in-class air filtration technology through innovation and collaboration with the leading scientists in the U.S. In addition, by manufacturing its products in America, Oransi is able to use the latest technology and components to create the highest quality and premier performance product possible. Oransi does not use ionizers or other components which could create ozone.

"The filters in our air purifier products were originally developed by the U.S. government and we have innovated further, providing a better than HEPA solution," said Oransi CEO Peter Mann. "Our air filters work well in both dry and humid environments due to our proprietary technology. Our air purifiers' housing, filters and circuit board are all made in the USA with input from U.S. scientists. Our quiet, reliable German-made EC motor uses up to 90 percent less energy. Best of all, the quality control we have in our U.S.-based manufacturing facility is unmatched -- resulting in the highest quality air purifier with each and every unit we produce."
