As part of the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to visit two Philadelphia-area hospitals using GetWellNetwork's Interactive Patient Care platform. The first hospital to be featured is Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, a Nemours® Children's Health System facility in Wilmington, Del. Designed by families for families, the hospital is nationally ranked in eight pediatric specialties. Hospital leaders will show how IPC has become a central element of the patient and family experience at duPont.

Conference attendees can also tour Virtua Voorhees Hospital, a regional medical center in Voorhees, N.J., that provides specialized, high-level care in a family-centered atmosphere. The state-of-the-art hospital promotes personalized patient engagement and enhanced healing through light, space and technology.

Following the site visits, the conference program begins with a panel of top executives from Philadelphia-area health systems. Richard P. Miller, president and CEO of Virtua, Janice E. Nevin, M.D., MPH, president and CEO of Christiana Care Health System, and Brian Sweeney, RN, MBA, FACHE, senior vice president of Hospital Operations at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, will share insights and experiences guiding their organizations through the rapidly changing health care landscape.
