Leading Independent Proxy Advisory Firms Recommend Teranga Shareholders Approve Oromin Transaction and Elect Management's Director Nominees

(TSX:TGZ)(ASX:TGZ) vote FOR the proposed acquisition of Oromin Explorations Ltd ("Oromin") and FOR management's director nominees up for election at the upcoming annual and special meeting on July 18, 2013.
