Leading Latin American Financial Institution Selects Callidus Software's TrueComp Module for Sales Performance Management

(NASDAQ: CALD), the leader in Sales Performance Management (SPM), today announced that one of Mexico's largest insurance companies and a division of the country's leading financial group, has selected Callidus Software to manage its sales performance management and incentive compensation programs to better manage its rapidly expanding operations in Latin America. Under the confidential agreement signed in the third quarter of 2007, the company will use the Callidus TrueComp® Manager, TrueInformation® and Callidus TrueAnalytics™ software modules to manage sales performance and incentive compensation programs for its direct sales force and indirect sales channels.
