Prior to Sabrix, SDI Industries (SDI) utilized a laborious, manual process requiring 40 hours a month to meet their sales and use tax compliance obligation, including an intensive reconciliation process at the end of each month. Despite this investment of time and resources, the process was error prone including overpayment of tens of thousands of dollars in sales tax and significant re-work based on SDI's clients highlighting discrepancies.
