Leading Marketing and Customer Relationship Expert Joins LOC Enterprises' Advisory Board

John Boccuzzi Jr. Joins Advisory Board of Cincinnati Company That Has Created the First Global Universal Loyalty Card Network

CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwired - September 12, 2013) - John Boccuzzi Jr. -- a sales, marketing, and customer relationship industry expert -- has joined the Advisory Board of LOC Enterprises, LLC, the Cincinnati-based company that has created the first global universal loyalty card network.

Boccuzzi has more than 18 years of experience as a sales and marketing executive, with an outstanding record of driving revenue, business development, and customer relationships.

Boccuzzi is owner of Boccuzzi LLC, where he shares his passion for developing new business and teams, along with his desire to deliver the best possible solutions, to his clients. He is the former CEO of Kenosia Corporation, the leading provider of data analytics solutions for the consumer goods industry.

LOC Enterprises launched the LOC Card in New York City in January 2013 at the annual National Retail Federation convention. Since that time, the company has partnered with manufacturers of scanning and point-of-sale (POS) equipment and companies that provide loyalty programs to merchants to incorporate the LOC Card into their systems. The company is now in the process of signing merchants to join the network.

"John brings a wealth of knowledge related to loyalty and customer relationships to LOC's Advisory Board," said Jack Kennamer, CEO of LOC Enterprises. "We are excited to have him as part of our team.

"John deeply understands the value of customer loyalty from both the brand champion and P&L sides of the business. His tremendous success in driving revenue and engaging customers makes him a perfect addition to our Advisory Board."

Boccuzzi has developed a deep understanding of customer engagement and how its reach is far beyond just having a card in a wallet.

"I am excited to be joining the Advisory Board of LOC Enterprises," said Boccuzzi. "The importance of true loyalty cannot be emphasized enough and LOC understands that. Loyalty is not so much about your own custom key fob as it is about building ties with your customers that keep them coming back. LOC Enterprises is focused making loyalty easier for customers so in turn they can be loyal to the brands and retailers they care about most."

Of the 112 million households in the United States, the average household is enrolled in 14-18 different customer loyalty programs. Consumer research has shown that 52 percent of Americans prefer a single card for all of their loyalty accounts while 32% prefer a single key fob and 16 percent want a smart app. The LOC Card Solution provides all three.

Since it was launched, more than 12,000 people have joined the LOC Card's Facebook page and there is strong consumer support for merchants to join the LOC network. Kennamer said that merchants also benefit from the LOC card because it increases participation in existing loyalty programs and makes it easier for merchants who don't have loyalty programs to start them.
