NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - April 25, 2008) - Learning Quest Technologies, Inc. Additionally, the Company has changed its trading symbol on the OTC Bulletin Board from LQTI.OB to CIIV.OB.

Currently, the Company operates a 106 kilometer dual carriageway four-lane toll road, the Pingling Expressway, in the Henan Province in China, and its revenues are derived principally from tolls on this expressway.
