LeaseMS Changes Name to eCREsystems; New Name Reflects Expanded Corporate Vision

ASHBURN, VA--(Marketwire - June 12, 2007) - LeaseMS, a technology-centered company providing Web-enabled platforms to the commercial real estate (CRE) market, announced it will change its name to eCREsystems. The new name comes in advance of the launch of its first product, and draws on the company's goal to bring Web-enabled systems to all different types of companies involved in the CRE brokerage market.

"After examining our product pipeline, we determined the `LeaseMS' name just didn't tell the whole story of our company," said Brett Rogers, eCREsystems' chief executive officer. "Our company's tagline is `technology powering commercial real estate.' By including `CRE' in our name, we're telling the market that we're about much more than assisting with leasing transactions."

The "LeaseMS" name will continue to be used by the company, but it will now head up one of the company's product lines. eCREsystems' entire LeaseMS line represents the next generation of marketing tools for CRE brokerage companies and individual brokers/agents to market themselves to existing and potential clients. The LeaseMS line is equivalent to the same overall type of Web-based services that banks provide their customers to manage their accounts.

The first product in the line is LeaseMS Admin, which launches in July, 2007. LeaseMS Admin is a Web-enabled lease-administration platform that will give a broker a true "after-the-sale" presence with their clients. This solution can be branded with a broker's logo and contact information. The platform itself, meantime, enables brokers' clients to abstract and track data from multiple leases and multiple properties, keep track of crucial dates in leases via e-mail alerts, and generate 50+ different types of tracking reports.

More information about LeaseMS products and its sister line, ProjectMS, are available at the company's Web site (www.eCREsystems.com).

Also, eCREsystems announced it has added Bob Woods as Vice President of Business Development. Most recently, Woods was a leasing and sales associate at CapStar Commercial Realty in Rockville, Md. While there, Woods implemented successful marketing programs to brand both himself and his company in the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Woods also launched or re-launched several Internet-based media brands and services for Newsbytes News Network, Post-Newsweek Tech Media Group and Internet.com/ Jupitermedia. He also served as vice president of market development/marketing for an instant-messaging (IM) firm. His sales experience includes positions at Arch Wireless (now USA Mobility) and Elek-Tek.
