Lectra to Present Importance of Color in Fashion, Apparel Design at AATCC's 2011 International Conference

Three Day Event Focused on Innovations in Product Development, Chemical Applications and Materials for the Textile Industry

Lectra's Color Expert, Don Beck will also present on the topic of "Minimum Fuss, Maximum Organization: Optimizing Color Managed Print Processing in Design for High Volume Output" on Wednesday, March 23rd at 9:15 am.

The event, March 22nd through 24th, in Charleston South Carolina, features a traditional exhibition hall with industry leaders, as well as a 3 track educational session covering Concept to Consumer, Chemical Applications and Materials. Lectra's Color Expert and PhD, Don Beck will present in the "Concept to Consumer Track" and will discuss how the apparel industry can design and develop products in a faster, more productive way while reducing costs. He will also explore the advantages that can be obtained by using techniques and best practices applied to areas such as color management and color processes, as well as printing and communication workflows.

Lectra will also be present in the exhibition hall (booth 16), illustrating how to manage design and color processes with up-to-date fashion, textile and color specific solutions and tools.
