Left Brain DGA Snags Rubicon Marketing Group's Top Talent

MENLO PARK, CA--(Marketwire - Jun 21, 2011) - Left Brain DGA, a Silicon Valley-based demand generation agency, announces the addition of Ms. April Brown, former CEO of Rubicon Marketing Group, and two ex-Rubicon colleagues. Ms. Brown will serve as VP of Demand Generation Strategy; Kevin Provost, Director, Client Services; and David Ward, Production Lead.

April's strength and passion lay in the fundamentals of visual analytics, the interaction of human perception and visual data for decision support. Pursuant to that, she has collected a stock of analytics tools for marketing intelligence. She binds those with her understanding of marketing metrics, message and content, design, and data analysis to provide strategic recommendations based on a solid marketing methodology.

Kevin Provost
Kevin Provost has over 15 years in marketing and account management. He began his career running the direct mail subsidiary of a full-service agency, and then moved to Client Services positions in larger agencies including Brann Worldwide and FYI Direct, and then directed those divisions at Direct Marketing Solutions, and Rubicon Group. As marketing automation, web analytics, and complex data integration capabilities have evolved, Kevin has become an expert in helping clients convert data into meaningful decisions.

Dave Ward
Dave Ward is a highly experienced developer, technical project manager and marketing automation expert. He has worked with computers for over twenty years, and studied computer science and physics at Virginia Tech and Towson University. For the past decade, he has worked with web applications and databases for marketing communications, applying his deep knowledge of programming and development to visual analytics.
