(the "Company" or "Legend Gold") (TSX VENTURE:LGN) announces that it has re-filed its condensed interim consolidated financial statements for the six month period ended June 30, 2011 to include a Condensed Consolidated Statement of Changes in Equity for the comparative six month period ended June 30, 2010 and a reconciliation of total comprehensive income for the three month period ended June 30, 2010.
The re-filing is the result of a review of the Corporation's second interim financial report prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards by the Ontario Securities Commission's Corporate Finance Branch.
