A Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis is the first step to creating an optimized airflow management program. CFD analysis models the fluid dynamics that control airflow and temperature distribution and simulates the cooling performance and heat transfer in data centers.

Legrand | Ortronics and SubZero Engineering together bring a depth of experience that provides a distinct advantage when assessing an existing data center or a new facility to create optimal network performance and efficient cooling. The key to creating an accurate CFD report is the data gathering process. An Ortronics CFD Analysis uses proprietary tablet software to ensure accurate data gathering. These reports can help in capacity, footprint and hardware planning.
