Legumex Walker Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

Legumex Walker Inc. ("LWI" or the "Company"), today is pleased to announce the pricing of its initial public offering (the "IPO") of 7,225,000 common shares and concurrent private placement of 555,556 common shares at a price of $9.00 per share for gross proceeds of $70,025,004 (the "Offering"). The Company has filed a final prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada, except Quebec relating to the initial public offering. A copy of the final prospectus is available on SEDAR (www.sedar.com). Closing of the offering is schedule to take place on July 14, 2011. The common shares will be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and will trade under the symbol "LWP".

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for construction of a canola oilseed processing facility in Washington State; debt repayment; the cash portion of the purchase price payable by LWI to the shareholders of Roy Legumex Group of Companies and Walker Seeds Ltd and for general corporate purposes.

The Offering was made through a syndicate of underwriters led by Cormark Securities Inc. and including: CIBC World Markets Inc., Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., Scotia Capital Inc. and HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc.

LWI has granted the underwriters an over-allotment option, exercisable in whole or in part at the sole discretion of the underwriters at any time over a 30 day period from the closing of the Offering, to purchase up to an additional 1,083,750 common shares at a price of $9.00 per share. If the over-allotment option is exercised in full, the gross proceeds of the offering will be $79,778,754.
